A lifelong resident of Guernsey County, Kayla lives on a cattle and sheep farm in Salesville, Ohio, with her husband Jason and their daughter Emmalyn. Her rural lifestyle and deep roots in the community give her a unique understanding of farm properties, land values, rural homes, and investment opportunities across Southeastern Ohio.
Kayla is a graduate of Meadowbrook High School, attended The Ohio State University ATI, and completed her real estate education at Hondros Business College. Real estate has always been part of her life—growing up with both her mother and grandmother working as Realtors and with parents who were successful real estate investors.
